As a subsidiary of 7MARK Pte Ltd, Transmolecule Trade Pte Ltd also aspires to expand and strengthen its commercial foothold in the Oil and Gas Industry as well as value sustainability in its business approaches and endeavour. Like 7MARK Pte Ltd and her employees, we are fully committed to providing impeccable service to our customers as well as conducting our business in a professional and ethical manner.
With these objectives in mind, 7MARK Pte Ltd has its own Anti Bribery and Anti Corruption (“ABC”) Policy, which is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations for the prevention of bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the Prevention of Corruption Act, Chapter 241 of Singapore (“PCA”), the United Kingdom Bribery Act 2010 (“UKBA”) and the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”).
To complement the ABC Policy, we have our Gifts and Entertainment Policy to ensure that such practices are allowed only if they do not violate any applicable laws or improperly influence the decisions of the person involved.
